Expectations

  • Campaigns should carry a 6-9 month commitment to see 20-40% more leads YOY.
  • Current GMB suspensions or poor quality backlink building may result in a clean-up process prior to the set course in the roadmap taking place.
  • Rankings shift daily. Ranking growth should be looked at in a monthly timeline, rather than weekly or daily.
  • Multiple GMB listings require a rotation for optimization or an additional GMB Lite add-on per additional location.
  • Agencies under 5 clients are required to follow the set course of our plans without customization.
  • All-access points (GMB, GA, GSC, & website) will need to be shared by the onboarding call or you may experience delays with implementation.

Setup Timeline

Day 1 – Onboarding call (Please note that your billing date & onboarding date are usually 2-3 days different)
Day 5 – Setup tasks complete & campaign tasks begin
Day 15 – about ½ of our task work is done by this time for the month
Day 30 – Our work is just about complete for this monthly cycle
Day 35 – Monthly report is sent over & call to review is offered

GMB Lite

Expectations

  • This is a standalone product used to manage additional locations or work on GMB alone.
  • Current GMB listing must be established and verified.
  • Multiple GMB listings require a rotation for optimization or an additional GMB Lite add-on per additional location.
  • Rankings shift daily. Ranking growth should be looked at in a monthly timeline, rather than weekly or daily.
  • All-access points (GMB, GA, GSC, & website) will need to be shared by the onboarding call or you may experience delays with implementation.

SEO Audit

Expectations

  • The site must be indexable to result in a viable audit.
  • No site logins or tools are required.
  • This is not a white-labeled product but will be editable for resellers who would like to add their logo.
  • All research is provided within the document and linked in Google sheets.
  • A list of final recommendations is summarized for ease of reference.

Setup Timeline

Day 1 – The intake form is submitted with all requirements
Day 14 – Final presentation Google Doc is sent over & review call is offered

Google Ads

Expectations

  • A well converting landing page is required unless a new landing page is purchased.
  • Business owner understands that Google Adwords cost per click is based on the current auction bids and are subject to change within their set budget.
  • Initial campaign KPIs for dialing in strategy include an increase in clicks and CTR often prior to lead performance increasing (this a good sign we’re on the right track).
  • Resellers agree to share Adwords access with a white labeled email address provided by 51Blocks.
  • Adwords account must be established and credit card for spend added prior to onboarding or this may result in delays.
  • If a prior campaign was run, the negative keyword list and campaign history should be provided for analysis.

Facebook Ads

Expectations

  • Business owner understands FB Ads require time & money to warm up the audience.
  • Well converting landing page must be provided unless Funnel add-on is purchased.
  • Audience lists are required or the business owner understands that the ads will take 2-3 weeks to run for traffic and engagement before moving to a conversion campaign.
  • Creative may be supplied by an agency or a business owner. If not, we will use Canva to create the imagery.
  • A strong offer or competitive advantage should be developed prior to signing up — FB ads is a cold audience so this should be compelling.
  • Resellers agree to share access to 51Blocks via their agency business manager.

Expectations

  • The business owner understands that this is a brand awareness product, there is no community engagement or growth involved.
  • Product & services will be highlighted in the posts created.
  • Special company announcements are created upon request.
  • Copy will come from the website content unless otherwise requested.
  • Facebook & Instagram are the two platforms this offer includes.
  • Posts are created with Canva templates that are rebranded for the business.
  • Once calendar is approved, posts are scheduled for the month.

Authority Website

Expectations

  • All requirements including content, website access, and additional assets are required to be ready prior to purchase or there may be delays in the process.
  • Build timeline may take up to 45 days.
  • This is not a custom graphic design product. It’s meant to be a clean, fast, and optimized site to support digital marketing activities.
  • SEO optimization includes titles, metas, internal page linking, and sitemap submission, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Elementor is the page builder used to create these websites, there is no custom coding for special features in this scope. This can be purchased at an hourly rate.
  • Special plugins or functionality outside of a standard website may require additional time and cost (e.g. interactive maps, shopping cart, etc).
  • PSDs for design may be provided to 51Blocks and fall into a custom flat fee scope outside of this product, contact sales for a price.
  • Hosting at BionicWP is required at set fee within this pricing.
  • Copywriting add on will be turned around in 7-14 days.
  • This product takes ~8+ years to own at the rate of payment. You can buyout in full after 24 months or get the free new site option every 2 years to provide additional value to clients.
  • Project includes up to 3 rounds of complimentary edits to the development site before launch, anything after or post-launch will be deemed as new scope and hourly.
  • $500 cancellation fee applies to builds canceled prior to launch. No prior credits will be applied and there are no refunds.

  • Choose a free theme kit from library.elementor.com or themes may be purchased and sent to 51Blocks, but they must be Elementor compatible.
  • There is no customization in this product apart from changing colors, adding logo & desired fonts, copy, and imagery.
  • Copy needs to be provided or copywriting can be purchased at an additional a la carte fee.
  • Layout adjustments will be charged at an hourly rate.
