How We Make This A Win-Win For Everyone

  • All requirements including content, website access, and additional assets are required to be ready prior to purchase or there may be delays in the process.
  • $500 cancellation fee applies to builds canceled prior to launch or before buyout is complete. No prior credits will be applied and there are no refunds.
  • The buyout fee will be charged if the website featuring our design work is transferred to a different hosting provider without completing the buyout process with us.
  • By signing up for this product, you authorize us to charge your card on file for any applicable cancellation or buyout fees as outlined above, based on the circumstances of your account activity.
  • Hosting (including monthly edits) of $45 price per month is included in the subscription price. However, this amount will not count towards calculating the buyout.
  • Upfront Purchase of Website will not include any hosting plan.
  • General build to completion timelines may vary based on size of website and number of edits required. Average number of days is 30-45. Timeline is based on a standard 25 page website build with a dedicated point of contact communicating with our team.
  • This is not a custom graphic design product. It’s meant to be a clean, fast, and optimized site to support digital marketing activities.
  • SEO optimization includes titles, metas, internal page linking, and sitemap submission, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Elementor is the page builder used to create these websites, there is no custom coding for special features in this scope. This can be purchased at an hourly rate.
  • Special plugins or functionality outside of a standard website may require additional time and cost (e.g. interactive maps, shopping cart, etc).
  • PSDs for design may be provided to 51Blocks and fall into a custom flat fee scope outside of this product, contact sales for a price.
  • Copywriting Add-On will be turned around in 7-14 days.
  • Project includes up to 3 rounds of edits (up to 4 hours) to the development site before launch, anything after or post-launch will be deemed as new scope and hourly. Additional edit time can be purchased as an add-on.
  • eCommerce add-on for $250 (includes setup of payment portal and 1 product page only).
  • Site speed optimization is not provided if the client does not host with us once the site is purchased in full. These were built with BionicWP’s service in mind.
  • Please review the FAQ to understand the scope of work clearly.
  • Accessibility features are provided via a third-party plugin to enhance usability but do not ensure full ADA or WCAG compliance. For a full audit and compliance solution, please contact us for a quote.
  • Custom quotes will be scoped if the original site is not WordPress or access is not provided. We will bill hourly for the time to add content & assets outside of the design.

The package does not cover building additional pages outside of the 5 main designs when content cannot be directly transferred from an existing WordPress site.
