Account Strategist

Our Account Strategists are the heartbeat of the company. Someone in this role cares deeply about the overall success of their clients, is a strong communicator with no problem interacting with clients face to face and has the drive and skills to help maximize the ROI for every one of our clients.

Your duties will include:

Developing and implementing overall campaign strategy
Being the main point of contact for all client communication
Technical SEO tasks
Competition analysis
Assessing site’s current state of optimization
Performing keyword research
Following ranking trends
Developing content strategies
Building links/citations
Developing website content
Analyzing traffic trends
Completing monthly reporting
Consulting with clients to meet expectations
Conference call clients to review reports
Setting up, tracking, and managing Google Analytics and Google My Business
Utilizing latest SEO tools for insights
Keyword Research
Managing outside contractors for writing, link building, and citations.

PPC Strategist

PPC is one of the most effective tools in our internet marketing arsenal, but it requires someone extremely capable and detail-oriented to achieve the best possible results. The PPC Strategist will cover all angles of our paid search clients’ needs, and will require someone highly adaptable and analytical.

Your duties will include:

Managing campaigns in AdWords
Analyzing and reporting PPC campaigns
Ensure campaigns are well optimized
Writing Ad Copy
Performing keyword research
Troubleshooting search campaigns
Ensuring monthly budget is met
Creating new Adwords accounts
Conversion tracking implementation
Competitor research

Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be tasked with growing the sales pipeline by reaching out to new and potential leads. This includes the following:

Emailing and Cold Calling activity (60+ calls per day)
Moving the prospect along from opening conversation to a deeper dive meeting with the sales team
Educating and setting expectations for the client involving the 51Blocks process
Utilizing best practices and our process to reach as many new leads as possible

Client Success Manager

In our company, a Customer Success Manager is a dedicated partner for our clients. They collaborate closely to understand the clients’ goals, tailor our solutions to their needs, and provide ongoing support and guidance. By fostering strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring seamless communication, our Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and mutual growth.

Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and building trust and rapport. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and expectations.
Collaborate with Account managers to develop account plans and strategies aligned with their business objectives. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, as well as areas for improvement or expansion of services to further meet client needs.
Serve as the client's advocate within the company, ensuring their concerns and feedback are heard and addressed promptly. Advocate for client needs and requirements during product development or improvement processes.
Collect and analyze customer feedback, survey responses, and satisfaction data to gain insights into client needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Share feedback and insights with internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.
Conference call clients to review reports
Answering client questions/communication via email and providing prompt responses
Present SEO campaign reports to clients virtually via Zoom using our reporting tool
Responsible for managing day-to-day of your SEO Account Manager pod & elevating any concerns to upper management
Updating clients on any request statuses or following up on requirements for SEO team to be successful
